Serenity

Serenity

A Poem by Rachi Boo
"

It was my last day in a crisis center and I was feeling calm.

"
The sweet serenity of a Sunday afternoon,
The cold air of a little afternoon breeze,
The calmness of almost empty house,
And the sweet sorrow of a restless napper.
Tomorrow begins anew,
And love fills the air.
Dream of rainbows and butterflies,
Of Unicorns and peace.
Of a great impression,
And a tear-filled goodbye.
