Thought ought to naughtA Poem by gogi7
i fought naught
and sought naught to get thought of what once was thought to be my moat, you ought to be the thought that never walked. but now my thought has caught the rot and aims to clot the lot..... is slaughtered, it was to distraught to be a thought. now the thought is fraught with so much precious light that its time for flight to a new height. white, white, white... oww what a flight to a bright site....... despite all the smite, the light has shone bright and a path of yellow bricks has revealed the only site that might be light...... white silk pressing against a figure in the distant meadows, the curves outlined by the bright yellow sun, what kind and tender site, you must be my true might ow what a sight. a closer look,(shy and mangled, please don't smite, for i am light and can not fight) she embraces me like a wounded bird, worn out and miserable with no landing to call his own , she gently whispers "its all right, your are with me", with that, my thought rests rich and sound, full off brightness and happiness, awaiting each day to see her light which directs my flight to her site. © 2011 gogi7Reviews |
