German Love

German Love

A Poem by Sierra
"

i did this for a friend who loves the german culture

"

I wake up

Turn left

See her

Sleeping awkwardly

Her hair in her face

Some in the mouth

Her snoring is better

Than my soft one

I smile with tired eyes

She needed the sleep from the birth of our angel

I kiss her softly with my gentle lips

lied back

hearing the sounds

of her snoring felt like a harp

I close my eyes

feeling her warmth of her hands

"I love you" she says

in a tired

and not fully away voice

I hold her hand supporting her in anyway

She may not be mesmerizing

but she knew to keep it real

with honesty and kindness

with her yawns

i slept guiding her life

ich liebe dich

I think the way you wrote is very nice just try to play more with words so you may find rhyme. And by the feelings you gathered was really nice......
