Lack of contact

you keep silent

I look

look for

single sounds

discontinuous echoes

of your existence

”you keep silent”

This is beautifully written. It makes me think about how sometimes people tend to go with the flow (silence) and then someone different comes along (shout). I know it's weird to think of it that way, but it just popped up into my mind. I really enjoyed this piece, very beautiful.

i love how this sort of drips down the page.. and makes me think it would make for a powerful spoken word piece...

the defiant exclamation at the end is so life affirming and REAL. it's like an inner monologue with oneself that is pushed outwards by the passion of your emotions

This is wonderful. It shows conformity and nonconformity, people who follow and people who lead. Great write.

wow, great poem and intriguing abstract nature of flow. and the ending line
is perfect. in one word, artistic. keep it up.

Silence is golden to me, if one can sit in silence with another then they are truly good friends or lovers. I like what you had to say about silence and the affects it has.
