Heavy-Metal GrooveA Poem by bat_43
HEAVY-METAL GROOVE You say you say, you want it too. He came in perched on a high for you. He watches, listens, and learns perched on a high, finding your name on the bathroom wall. “Oh, Isabella, is that your name?” You say you want it just the same, playing head games, you stand in the light, on the stage wanting everybody to call out your name. “Oh, Isabella!” Oh, how you move through that heavy-metal groove. You say you say, you want it in black and white, moving across the stage, in seductive grace, playing games, all the same. He’s perched on his high. “Isabella,” He calls out your name, “Oh, how you move through that heavy-metal groove.” Black and white fantasies, he’s feeling fine tasting your sweet scent. “Oh, Isabella,” He smiles. And you you smile back, with seductive grace. He’s riding high, on your heavy-metal groove, watching you move in black and white. Sometimes, you got to give into his dreams, he’s watching you move through that heavy-metal groove. Before he leaves, he says, “Oh, Perched on a high, he draws on his last smoke watching you move around the pole, feeling that heavy-metal groove. You say you say, “I’ll be fine.” letting him move through your black and white fantasies. Oh, Isabella, how you move heavy- metal groove. © 2008 bat_43 |
