The stars at once touched her skin

And I found myself in love as if for the first time;

The beginning delirious rush of elements

Like Earth and sky both reaching for each other

But never quite touching,

While still affecting one another with their presence

Much in the way you steal my breath

In given moments.

I like the thought you put into this . I'm big on the thoughts of relativity and how things are effected even when distance comes into play. I love how you mention that the earth and sky do not touch and are effected none the less, such a human thing indeed. It is also a very sweet poem and must have been written with something beautiful in mind. Nice work.
