Fred's Dead

Fred's Dead

A Poem by Miss Sally Sunshine
"

Inspired by the death of Fred Weasley <3

"

As I cling to your tombstone

And cry over your name

Now you know, dear brother

I will never be the same

I refuse to budge

Where you are, I'll be there too

You can't be rid of me

And dear Freddie, don't try to

I wouldn't switch with you

You're not strong enough

This pain is mine

To deal with this raw stuff

My twin, my other half

There won't be a day

When I wont cry

About where you lay

No kids, no wife

Freddie, you didn't live

Not past 19

Now I can't thrive

My life was intertwined

So closely with yours

One soul, two bodies

There are no cures

Freddie, can't do this

One half of a soul

Cannot survive

Which is the goal

So here I am, Freddie

60 years have past

Laying next to you

I knew it could never last
