Ode to my Math Teacher

Ode to my Math Teacher

A Poem by Miss Sally Sunshine
"

To the best math teacher ever! You're amazing, Auntie Kathy!

"

Sharp and Bright

Rules to Recite

Left and Right

Two plus Two

The answer is Due

Problems Galore

Possiblities to Explore

You opened a Door

Six times Six

No more Antics

Algebra's Tough

But not Enough

For this teacher to Snuff

Ten minus Ten

Here we go Again

We learned Slope

Which provided Hope

We'd learn the Ropes

Fourteen divided by Fourteen

So great you have been

Dear math teacher,

This ode is for you

As Thanks

For all the teaching

The helping me learn

Answering me questions

A thanks to show

how much I appreciate

You hardwork & dedication

Not just to math

But to all the students

Never giving up.

So, dear math teacher

This is ode is for you

And for everything you do.
