I hope you do tooA Poem by Lydia Waldock
Rivers of mistakes
Time to tick by Ducks sitting in water Campfire smoke Moonlight reflections Warmed by your smile Laughter so loud Pitched tent and sleeping bag Blankets only cover so much Asleep next to you Nightmareless with a stranger Confident sleep with a smile on our faces Even if it was the buzz of the last night And the camp was getting to our heads I look back at it and smile I hope you do too © 2019 Lydia WaldockAuthor's Note
