World to Know

World to Know

A Poem by Botania
"

Parents guide and so restrict
what we feel's the best of it
so here goes life, now on my own
world I'll greet and call my home.
Necessary, falling rain
dims the sun, blocks out the pain
washes, washes, wash away
apprehension every day.
"Be bold!" I say as I meet you
World to know that I'm drawn to.
World of wonder. World of long
stories here to which I'm drawn.

Ah dear writer,
This fresh Ode does remind me of when I left home, and the comfort of my mothers teat, to venture aboard the Royal Lion, a fine vessel in Her Majesty's Royal Navy. At the time, of course, I was merely a young midshipmen feeling plenty of uncertainty as I found myself in the bowels of a ship for the first time and faced with several other dandies who were more experienced than I. However, they were a good lot and more then willing to share the deck-maids with me.
Do yourself a favor dear chap, relinquish your anxiety and give in to the wild adventures found in the wide, wide world. And if you haven't found yourself being suffocated by a large native women as she sits on your face and gets you off, bruhummm, then I highly recommend you do so since it is something you do not want to miss.

Keep your mustache clean!
