Brightest Red

Brightest Red

A Poem by Botania
"

.

"
As love can pierce the weary heart,
the rose can tear the flesh apart.

All in name of love you see,

the blood is flowing free from me.

Wounds that hurt are healed in time

like words so real just put to rhyme.

nicely expressed, had me humming "in the name of love" by U2...

love can just tear us apart....we start with the budding of the rose and end up with thorns.
