A Pool of Blue

with you

Swimming in a pool of blue

to castle under waves

I see shells and think of you

on calm and blissful days.

Your warmth of soul still does persist

on coldest days of all

Like rainbow colored kaleidoscope's 

light scattered on a wall.

Pretty colors dance for me.

Warm water all around.

I'm swimming and I feel so free

cool blueness that I've found. 

Ocean now come over me

Know our spirits nigh.

Feel the heaven blueness brings

as water melds with sky.

it is true, even if water is cold at first, sooner or later we adjust, and feel warmer in it...

life is similar, we put our toes, in, we inch along, it can be very cold until we acclimate and figure out it's not all that bad if we adjust to it...and then it can feel like a safe haven..and we can swim with spirits high...
