SpeakA Poem by GlamGirlI'm at a loss for wordsToday I don’t want to speak. I don’t want to use words today. We all take the ability to speak for granted. Today I am silent. My mouth kept shut. I don’t want to give speeches or scream at the top of my lungs. Today I am speechless. My body is temporarily in shock. I’m standing back to admire and hate the world. Today I am wordless. My tongue is tied. I’m trying to cough up the words stuck in my throat. Today I am unheard. My voice lost in millions of others. I’m still learning, learning to speak. © 2011 GlamGirlAuthor's Note
