You write so beautifully. A few titles I thought of while reading your words were possible variations of dead heart. Something like "Corazon Muerto" for Spanish or "Coeur Mort" in French. Although the poem is written in English, I feel as if these titles convey a deep emotion and memorable name for your poem and can also show the romantic and lonely aspects of your piece.

... it's already well captured in your words. the way you talk here 'bout the "emptiness" or the "loneliness" of your forsaken heart is very gnostic... and catchy.
