Collision

Collision

A Poem by gingerfella

Walking past a car park

Headphones in

Listening to Bowie

Sun shining

I stop suddenly

A bang on my bag

An older woman pushes past

Annoyed by my halt

Excuse me!”

She drips with animosity

Staring at me

Eyes hating

And walks into the car

I had stopped to avoid.
