That is

only in the universe visible from our planet with today's technology

If only 0.001 % of those stars had solar systems

And only 0.001 % of the stars with solar systems

Had planets with the conditions for life to happen

And only 0.001 % of the planets with the conditions for life

Actually developed life

Then

There would still be

30 000 000 000 000

planets with life on them

That's more than 4 times the number of people

On earth
