Run on sentences are my only way

Of saying the words i say

I beg for someone to stay

But when they do i push away

Sunrise will come

And i will seek

A person to sit cheek to cheek

On the beach

We will seat

Rubbing the sand in our feet

Id love to stay forever

With the red sun and you

Under red white and blue

Fireworks all up in the sky

Crowning my eyes as they pass by

You see my face in disguise

As i enjoy all the sky

The lights all soar

I dont feel bored

For once im content

Doing nothing for fun

No math or science

Or music, none

Just the silence of our thoughts

Weaving together

Waves rush through the ocean

Wide horizon paints its view

In front of us

In front of me and you

We see the same

Perspectives parallel

You love me and I love you

Nothing romantic about it

Its just the truth

My mind is sound

When youre around

I feel productive
