My RainA Poem by Ghost My Rain We’ve seen some good times, been through some bad times, Been somewhere between laughter and the rain, Where I needed your hand to hold on to, Yes, all I’ve wanted was you. We don’t need sand castles made of stone, To remember our first dance, our first kiss, Picture my life with you and by you I’ll stand, Here to share the laughter, the joy, and the pain. You are my flesh, you are my blood, I’ll be your sun, you be my rain, I am the air that you breathe, But on my soul I swear, for you I will be there. In times of heartache and times of change, I thank you for sharing your life with me, For giving me a reason to believe, And for loving me for being who I am…. 6/15/2005 © 2018 GhostFeatured Review
