JimA Poem by GhostDedicated to: James W. Hood 10/31/66 – 4/20/86 19 years’ old Graduate of: Newton Falls High School Newton Falls, Ohio. Jim All I have are recollections of a
young man, His smile, his laughter, his
personality - all just a memory, Thirty years have gone by, Yet it seems like only yesterday,
it happened. He never had a chance to grow up, He was barely nineteen, Only Heaven really knows why, Why he was taken and that no-one
had a chance to say goodbye. Screeching tires, shattered glass,
and twisted metal, Was the horrific scene that fateful
night, They pull out two bodies one by
one, How could a life be stolen so
quickly? For his friends, family, and even
his fiancé, Things were never the same again, Time could never be turned back, As life changes in the blink of an
eye, Everything he did, everything he
was, will still be my memory of Jim.... 9/4/2016 © 2018 GhostReviews
