Politics of stew

Politics of stew

A Poem by Ghiasquared

Rooted in blood with patriotic zeal
Waved as the token banner of the righteous
Masks of acted good deeds
All in all another day at the zoo
With stampeding tusks
And mewling a*s
We created our stew
Eat it as if the recipe renewed
Varying the same old herbs
Change will only come
If we no longer shop for change
Grow our own and leave the animals
As the zoo is for amused onlookers
