Stranded

Stranded

A Poem by Ghiasquared

Stranded,
Upon a sandbar of indecision,
With rivers of languished dreams,
Flowing away from here,
The respite lasts eternally,
Remembrance brings no solace,
Forgotten is the way,
For the ways are many,
With no one to share the burden,
A dreamers nightmare,
As reality crushes all,
The fog enshrouds,
Eyes close with thunder,
Awoken again from slumber,
Still stranded,
Upon this forlorn shore.
