Hidden loverA Poem by Ghiasquared
Wind gently tugs the scents of her
Early morning sounds of birds in air Floating upon her breath of renewed Her treasures abound for all to see Yet most are blind to her bounty How can one not see the beauty? From cricket to leaf it surrounds Smells of quiet caress my soul Discarded life crunches underfoot Eye closed she caresses with sound And scent overwhelms as tear falls For nature is my mistress today © 2010 Ghiasquared |
