Unmasked

Verse 1

My people and I love you

We accept you, we worship you

Even though you resemble our oppressors

We always get down on our knees

And pray to you

When we're afraid, we call unto you

When we're pissed off

We use you as an attack dog

Like a cafeteria, we pick and choose

What we want to consume

Now almost all of us are full of your teachings

Verse 2

You're an incomplete being in a fully formed world

Seeking power to dominate over others

Constructing illusions is at the core of your culture

You're not the standard

Even though many believe that you are

You'll use anything if it's advantageous

For destabilization, you'll create movements

Your inquisitiveness is without boundaries

As a foreigner, you're established to every land and sea

Verse 3

Not many of us dissolve the rhetoric

Even fewer of us challenge the icons

If history is in repetitive modes

Then the cycles of madness are never-ending

Can we neutralize artificial ideologies?

Can we dismantle the houses of inferiorities?

When we're who we are

We're settled into the truth

It's the center of everything

The ultimate authority

Chorus

Reinvention and reincarnation are coming into fruition

Displaced thoughts and images are becoming more clearer

Through decontamination and healing

You've been unmasked
