Here I am

once again

found you in my skin and you're breathing out. 

Here I am 

and you said 

it would all be fine, but I'm full of doubt. 

You weren't there, so I hold, in my mind, all the things, that I know could be all lies. 

And I hope, and I pray, that I find a way, to get through your disguise. 

What is true, what is lies3x I ask of you? 

And part the red seas

of my doubts and my dreams. 

Part the red seas 

of my love and your lies. 

Part the red seas 

of the kind words you say. 

Part the red seas of the night and the day. 

Part the red seas 

of things that you do for me 

and the things that we just do. 

Then maybe 

when it's all over 

part me 

from you.
