I'm goin' past the Breakwater, not Safe in the Bay

When I left in the Mornin', nearly slipped on the Dew

And All you Did - has made me Feel Brand New

You know Sometimes, You Can't Shut Me Up

But other Times, I'm quiet like baby Bird

So many times you've said it's Absurd

Stop building those Inner Walls

Why can't you just be Normal

In that Space In between the two Extremes

I Can't Stop writing these Silly Memes

No matter How You Try

I gotta slip Away Today

I Promise One Day, I'll have Somethin' to Say

WE'll looooook again Tomorrow

And that's what Keeps us Bathing in the Sorrow

I Do Believe - and I Pray this is Not Fake

There's Hope - I Felt the Emotion Rise

Maybe we're In For Bluer Skies

I Know You are Now Beyond Hoping

But let's stop accepting just this Coping

Here I Am again down On My Knees

I guess I need to stop talking Now

I'll do My Best - it's my Final Bow

I won't Accept a Life of Dread

thank you Coyote - those might be the most honest words I've ever but down - maybe my sitting with what comes up inside - being with that emotion that needs release - we need to remember an emotion can't hurt us, and we usually or unconsciously we won't be with those things that come up like from past trauma - some of it we don't remember - some is our ancestors traumas. You pointed to my honesty - and you see my Fake too, actually for me a lot of what I write - always was, it just comes to me and I'm the first one that gets to hear it. thanks Coyote - Happy New Year Buddy.
