It's About You Seeing You

Don't you wonder what you Are?

It's not about governments Changing 

It's not about what we're Gaining

It's not about someone coming to save Us

It's not about on something else having Trust

It's about each of us Seeing

It's about in our own selves Believing

It's about finding in ourselves what's True

It's all about both Me and You

Taking responsibility for our Actions

Leaving behind us all the Distractions

That have kept us from seeing what is Real

Kept us from feeling what is that we really Feel

It's not about governments Changing 

It's not about what we're Gaining

It's not about someone coming to save Us

It's not about on something else having Trust

It's about each of us goin' Within

It's about us coming back from where we Been

It's about us finding who we are my Friend

It's about us learning to truly Live Again

Having empathy for all that is around Us

Building on what we find and building Trust

Knowing we can live in Peace and Harmony

Trusting more and more in what our Eyes can't See

Become aware of all we are Affecting

Start paying attention to what we have been Neglecting

Allow our Light to shine upon our Darkness

And know we can walk out of all this Mess

I see the Light within you Shining

Don't worry the Night will turn to Morning

Though the Night has had us trapped in a Spell

We all hold within us a Strength a Living Well

And though so many are lost in Fear

There are so many souls that we hold Dear

There will never be a King that can save Us

It is only our own Hearts that we need to Trust

You are your Savior, Holy Child

You are the Gift, in stillness Mild

The Mother and Father hold you Close

You are the Gift that they have Chose

Don't be afraid of what you Hold

You'll never be lost, never be Cold

You hold the Beauty of the Ages

You hold the Wisdom of all the Sages

Now let your Beauty be seen by All

And when He whispers answer the Call

For the call is only there for You

You can Trust it, for it is True

It's not about anything else in this World

It's not about Mysteries outside being Unfurled

It's only about finding what is True

It's about You finally seeing the True You
