Am I Insane

This just showed up, it's about holding tightly to what we know is not serving us, perhaps even about to destroy us.

I'm holding onto this, I'm holding onto this, cried out the drowning man, grasping a sinking rock.

What are we holding onto, that is bringing us down in this same way. I know I'm grasping a truck load of boulders, and yet somehow I've convinced myself, I'm comfortable with them. How can I be this Insane.
