Dark Night's Comin'

I feel something is coming in my life and I have to allow it, it's not going to be fun, but it is what I need NOW.

Well I feel that Dark night Comin'

And part of me wants to start Runnin'

But part says I think I'm Ready

And my Soul goes ride this Steady

I wish it were a bright Day Sunnin'

But some how, deep down Inside

I know there is no where left to Hide

You know it is a Dark Night Comin'

Feel like soon the Enemy will be Gunnin'

I feel again I could move away from It

But some how I know that would be to Quit

It is comin' and it's comin' for Me

But it's the only way that I'm gonna learn to See

I can't break the chord like I did Before

I get close to the Fire but then throw the Water

Close to taking flight but then, deny I have Wings
