Don't worry that you are moving to fast, don't worry that you are falling behind. We are all where we are meant to be, we are becoming, we are transforming, in each moment strive to see more Beauty. And learn to turn off that mind that wants to discourage you with all the stories it can create. Go to your stillness, the mind cannot follow you there. It is impossible, because your stillness is outside of Time, and your Mind is bound to Time - the Mind is in the Past and the Future, and your Heart is in the Now. Where your Power Is. If you lost it, that is where you will find it Again, being Present - fully present in the Now.
