The first thing that is formed in the beginning is the Heart
And everything else that is Us in this Human Form expands from It.

If you rub your tongue on the roof of your mouth just behind the big like upside down bowl up there, and you find the little lump, or bump that is right there, that is a way to stimulate a connection between your Heart and your Mind, actually your Pituitary gland in your brain, and this can help you to see from your Heart through your third eye. I was taught this by Drunvalo in an Awakening The Illuminated Heart Workshop - 5 days with Drunvalo in Sedona, AZ. This happened on my third visit to Sedona it was May of 2013. Another amazing time of many in a place that feels like home for my Soul.
