There's Really Only Now

I can't Believe

There are so many Stories

That this one old Man could Tell

Yes, so many Stories

There are so many different Beginnings

And all of them have Been

And just as many Endings

And all of them are Real

Now how could that be Sir

Is what she said to Me

And I had to Answer

With what I knew was True

You see all is happening Now

That is just the way it Is

You know I have never met one Person

Who has seen one Single Tomorrow

And I even have never met one who Knew

Of anyone else who had ever seen one, Either

Now it will just leave you with so much Sorrow

So much pain we can all Avert

If you go on believin' in those Tomorrows

You know in time it's going to leave a Hurt

So let's live each Day for Today

And stop looking back on those gone By

Yesterdays can only be relived in this Now

So I say they are Illusion, so don't go waste your Time 

Why not focus on this Moment until you take your Bow
