May we all find our Way

Remember, Remember, Remember, Remember

This is all we are Doing

No one is Learning

No one is Guru

No one is Better

No one is Worse

Do not wait to find the One to Heal You

For you, Great Spirit, are your Healer

This is your Purpose

This is your Dream

It is simply to Remember, and come into this Knowing

That you are Great Spirit

That you are your Healer

That you hold your Medicine

It takes a Remembering of how to bring it out of You

And this is done by Connecting, Breathing and Bringing

Through your roots that extend from your Feet

Roots that are connected to the Center of Mother Earth

And connected to all life that is rooted Here

We need to remember to draw this Energy up into Us

And above us we are connected to the Central Sun

The Sun that is at the Heart of all Life in the Cosmos

We need to remember to draw this Energy down through our Crown

First start by drawing up the energy through our Roots

It is best if we draw it up slowly in stages to our Ankles, knees, hips, then our Naval

We need to remember to draw it up slowly and let it build with our Breath

Then we need to Remember to draw down the Energy through our Crown, filling our Crown

Then our draw it down slowly to our throat and our Heart again letting it Build

And finally allow the two energies from below and above to come together

Then allow this incredible energy that forms from this Mixing to move to our hands.

Remember to again allow it to build, and this energy will fully encompass You

You will be an enormous ball of Energy your field glowing, hardly able to Contain

This incredible healing energy is now available to you to Heal, Heal yourself, Heal loved ones, send it our to Heal the World

We have all done this Before

We are all Great Spirit

We are all Healers

We just need to Remember and Know
