Connecting All

About how we are all connected to each other and everything.

When we gather in a Circle, we are gathering in the same circle, there is really only one circle that we join, just like when we go to our Center, there is really only one Center. We can step out of the Circle, but the Circle can never be broken, and whatever is spoken is felt by all. We are connected like a forest of Aspen trees, down through the roots they are all connected, and above ground like these arms up in the air, they are shaking their leaves in the wind, their branches dancing, the wind speaking to you through their million leaves, and you my dear child can sit and if you intend to hear what they are saying you can by taking that whispering sound into you and allow it to speak to you.

This one Center is not just going into your Heart, but it is finding your way to what is referred to as the Tiny Space within the Heart, this space is the same space for us all, the one center. I believe when we have journeyed within long enough it will become as easy to enter into this tiny space for us as it is to just enter our hearts. To enter our Hearts there are many ways and we do whatever works for us. One way that seems to always work is through your breath, you simply become aware of your breathing, breathing in deeply, and out deeply, and bringing yourself out of your mind , quieting your mind, when thoughts come to you just let them come and go passing by like clouds in the sky, and just continue thinking about your breath and where you want that breath to move to in your body, enlivening your cells, and also seeing from within the energy you draw in from Father sky and the Cosmos down through your Crown Chakra, down through your spine into your Heart; and also energetic roots sent down from the bottom of your spine, sent down into Mother Earth deep, and deeper down into the center of Her, and drawing energy up through your spine up to your Heart and there meeting the Masculine energy that you drew down from Father Sky and blending with the Feminine Energy that you drew up from Mother Earth, bring you balance and Energy to support you and heal you. And then through this you find yourself there within your Heart noticing you have found your Peace, your Balance, your Center one with all Creation.
