A prayer in a moment, asking for help, a hand, to lift me up, to lift us all up.

Oh Great Spirit won't you help Me

I'm tryin' to find that place deep Inside

Where I know I can Be

Connected to Everything, Everything

Holy Spirit come and hold Me

Come and help my Heart find the Way 

Holy Angels flock about Me

If you'll come I know I won't Stray

Oh dear Father come and be with Me

That I might find the strength to Stand

I need you now to help me to See

There so much comfort when you hold my Hand

Oh dear Mother won't you hold Me

I'm tryin' to return to that special Place

I need you to come and Free Me

There is so much beauty in your Face

I'm tryin' to remember where it all Began

I got so many voices speakin' at Once

Tryin' to figure out just who the hell I Am

Help me find my quiet, help me feel One

One with all the things here around Me

One with the Sky, One with the Land

One with the Mountain, One with the Sea

I know it's True help me Understand

I'm tryin' so hard to stay in Touch

Why do I let it all get to Me

You know I love you so very Much

I know I'm Happy, I know I'm Free

There is so much here to light my Way

Where I'm at and confirm my Decision

To say yes to all that I Adore

Trying to leave behind the one that was Less

Trying to do all that I Can

But sometimes it seems it's all just a Mess

But when I remember for all that I'm Thankful
