As I was standing There

Did not know where to Begin

When I looked Up

Couldn't Believe you were standing There

With that Smile

That has no End

With those Eyes

See through my Defense

You showed me it Started

Long, long Ago

You had come this Distance

Just for me to Show

That I had been Seen

Seen, so long Ago

That it had always Been

All I needed was to Know

That they See Me

To feel my Own Light Burning

Come to kindle and Stir Me

To see those behind my Yearning

As I was Looking Out 

You were Lookin' In

As I was standing There
