It always helps to be conscious of your breath, and to breathe to the place that your body, mind, spirit, soul need it.

As you enter Heaven's Door

It is the Breath of Life, every breath you take is the Breath of Life. I am thankful for my breath, and having been taught to be conscious of it, it means so much to me, as I Take Another Breath.
