Because it's the only way I Know

There is something I Feel
That needs to be Said
It is just outside of what some say is Real
But it is there that I am Led

Something moves within Me
And says to let go and speak my Mind
Once that I do I begin to See
This thing inside me is so Loving and Kind

As I relax and just let it Flow
As I stop all my Thinking
The Love inside begins to Grow
And then it comes out like a bird on the Wing

As I awoke this Morning
With the Light shinning In
I began Wondering
What would be the message as I Begin

For they always are near as I rise out of Bed
I can count on a feeling to Come
If I quiet my mind I will hear what they've Said
And it will shine from me like this Morning Sunshine

So here I am at my keyboard Again
I feel them near me what are they Saying
I settle down like having a coffee with a Friend
My hands start to move like an instrument I'm Playing

Yes, that's when it's Right
When I have not a thought at All
Just flow with the Rhythm, Light 
As the stream over the Waterfall

It is all in one Motion
There is no Separation at All
We become One like the Ocean
As we together are answering the Call

You see they have come with a Message
And I'm to deliver it True
They come with understanding of Age
They see us still in our Youth

And when they come and they Share
They are relieved of the Pain
They so very tenderly Care
They come to be washed by the Rain

There was something they Tried
But it did not work Then
So they come back here to Guide
That their Message again try to Send

You see it is this Important
The Message has stood all this Time
They feel such a need and a Want
To be heard here in our Time

I stand here in the Middle
All I do is Allow, Listen, and Write
I stand here in the Middle
And for their being heard I Fight

I'm going to come from my Heart
Because it's the only way I Know
And from right here at the Start
I want you to feel my Glow

There is nothing but Love
That's what they have always told Me
The Message is to Rise Above
With Eagle Eyes learn to See

You are the Child that stands on the Edge
You are the One they have all come to See
You are the Gift and to your Heart I Pledge
The Message has come to set your Heart Free

You can soar with the Eagles
You can run with the Pack
You can scream like the Seagulls
There is nothing my Darling that your Heart Lacks

Just as the Sky comes down and touches the Sea
So does your being with all others Intersect
Stand Tall, stand tall like your brother the Tree
Because all that you see, is what you Reflect

There is one last thing they would like to Say
