Talking with my friend within.

It's been a long Day

Not so much with People

But with the One Inside

I said, I been Walkin'

Helps to clear my Mind

I said, I been Talkin'

With the One who is so Kind

 

Sometimes I feel Him

It makes me feel so Fine

Sometimes I feel Him

As I take a little sip of Wine

 

Sometimes I hear Him

As he whispers in the Night

Sometimes I hear Him

With his sound that's filled with Light

 

Sometimes I see Him

But it's not with these outer Eyes

Sometimes I see Him

As he twinkles in my inner Skies

 

Sometimes I hold Him

Or is it that he Holds Me

Sometimes I hold Him

And it's a Love that helps me See
