The Love Wouldn't Die

The Love Wouldn't Die

A Poem by Healing Star
"

The Love of the One will never Die.

"
He went to the Garden to Pray
They fell Asleep
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

He was betrayed by a Kiss

It gave his identity Away
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

They took Him with Them
They removed Him from His Place
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

They washed their hands of Him
They denied they were with Him
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

They put a crown of thorns on His Head
They whipped and beat him, nearly Dead
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

They nailed Him to a Cross
They lifted Him and dropped Him, in the Hole
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

They gambled for his garments, as he Hung
There was not one Angel Among
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

He said Father forgive them they no Not
And then the tempest blew, and they Hid
But the Love wouldn't Die
No the Love wouldn't Die

About
I am a man who has finally realized he needs to write down what matters to him, that I might learn from myself, what is important, what I value. To capture who I am now, for that is all we have is no.. more..
