Discussions With Higher Self

A discussion taken with my Higher Self, an attempt to explain to others a journey to look upon your Higher Self.

You, your True You, the one you have forgotten, or are still working at becoming the one in your future who will be able to see and look upon your True You.  For I have been in the presence of my True Me, and I could not look upon him, I could only bow and feel of his Love.  That was all I could do and tremble and cry for the beauty that I felt in that moment.  It is something that really cannot be fully described, it is a feeling that needs to be felt for one's self, and can only be known by being in that presence.  When you work on your inner self you learn in the true way of learning, you are shown what learning and growth really are while you are in this process, life long process of working on your inner self.  I have known for years that I needed to truly do this, but I really had a fear of going there, I don't think I was sure I would like what I find there to tell you the truth.  Maybe that is what it is for a lot of us, we have been conditioned so long with feeling less, we are convinced, fully and completely committed, we would bet our lives on it (and we do) that we are less.  And this commitment which is very, very strong keeps us from believing in who we truly are.  We are beings of Light, born of the same thing that the stars are born of, filled with the same energy that the stars are filled with, filled with the same energy that our Mother Earth is filled with.  We Breathe it In, and we Breathe it Out.  There is nothing more important than your Breath, learn about your breath and about Breathing in Energy, the Energy from Above and Below, we Breathe it into ourselves from Above and in from Below.

What I mean by True You here is your Highest Self, it is you in the Highest Dimension of our Universe, it is the Highest Expression of You that exists, it is you Eternal, it is you Forever Young, it is you in the most absolute Wholeness of You.  I would describe your True You as the You that is working toward becoming the one in your future who desires to look upon this Highest Self.   For any path there is a Journey and there is a journey for you to become this one, True You.  And for any Journey there is a first step and you can make that step at any time you choose.  Now for any Journey where the steps are taken and stay on the path the journey will lead the one making the steps to the destination of the path.  So what this says is if you take the first step and follow that with more steps on that path you will be one day looking upon your Highest Self.  And the Gift is all along this path you will be guided by this Highest Self, for No One wants more for you than this amazing Higher Self that you Are.  A good choice to make today would be that first step.  And remember besides this your choice will have a profound affect on 7 generations before you, and 7 generations after you.

Oh, there is one more state, the lucky ones of you who live in a space where you have experienced being with your Higher Self and being able to look upon him or her.  I would think this is easy for a lot of the young people today, and others that are in a state of true peace with themselves.  My having the difficulty is my needing to do more clearing and shedding of the old ways, of accepting who I truly am; I have been shown the path but it is still long out in front of me, but sometimes I get bursts of speed and cover ground quick.    It has been a good talk, I learned a lot.

Learn to Breathe, is the best advice I can give anyone.  With  that energy you will figure everything else out on your own if you need to.  But you won't because there will be so many that will start to cross your path, so many you won't be able to count.
