Sonnets about Thunderstorms

Sonnets about Thunderstorms

A Poem by Gerry Legister
"

Galloping hail and storm covered with meteorological shroud

"

Into unbecoming path peels of thunder flashing,
The force of nature awakens a turbulent breath,
With awesome electric storm incredibly moving,
Hail the galloping winds from height to gusty depth.

Tour through the atmosphere meteorological shroud,
Cumulonimbus cloud produces climatic flooding
What we had, eventually will not be what we hold,
Shutters resist the rain, and leaves heavy pain residing.

Ominous intense the precipitation storms will cause,
Twisting icy winds unleash trailing daring phenomena,
Thunderstorms retreat without care stumble and pause,
Swiftly escape and leave chaos wandering rage in dilemma

Into droplets of cooling water suspended the vapor,
The promise of warmth comes in spring and summer.
