Abusing People

no one should have to take abuse from another person, abuse is a form of control and it makes people feel bad about themselves.

Why sit there and take it
with regret from the abuser
without putting up a fight
trying to be true, but can’t be sure.

If it is a dream you are in
but there has been a crime,
making full proof of pain
that you never complain.

Abused in body and mind
Hurting values and your pride 
the abuser caused emotional strain,
and you are not allowed outside.

To the abuser it is just another game
Like survival sports seeking a crown,
But you are not the person you became,
you are something for the abuser to own.

And their brutal activities are known,
One day justice will give no place to hide
from a small cage of their own
and they will know how bad it feels inside.
