A True Friend

This is a story about an old man and a 14 year old boy who became friends.

                      A True Friend

 

 

      A true friend is a 14 year old boy,who befriended

an old man just out of the kindness of his heart.

      A true friend is a 14 year old boy,who works at two

jobs,saving money for a computer,then instead of getting

the computer he pays for the old mans medical bills.

      A true friend is a 14 year old boy,who talks with

his mother about letting an old man move in with them.

      A true friend is a 14 year old boy,who is willing to

ride in an ambulance with an old man just so he can

assure the old man that everything is going to be alright.

      A true friend is a 14 year old boy,who isn't afraid nor

ashamed to give an old man a hug,and to let him know he

is loved and wanted.

      A true friend is a 14 year old boy,who thinks of other

people before he does himself.

      A true friend is a 14 year old boy,who instead of

going out with friends,will stay home to take care of an old

man when he's sick.

      I know this to be true,cause I'm the old man,and the

14 year old boy and I are still living together,and were still

the best of friends.I can't ask for a better friend,and I will

always love him till the day I die......
