time froze, my mind demanding no release

 

Knowing no bounds to your beauty,

 

my heart yields

 

I cannot forfeit a freedom

 

as you fashion a joy,

 

wrought in a fire of eternal love

 

You are essence for my hunger

 

take my soul, purge my thirst

 

let me plunder your very being

 

I ache for you, even in sleep

 

for dreams and reality are one

 

lest I should pass away.

I breathe it still

 

I am alive.
