Unfolded wings of purity

Sated pangs of hunger
existence without a need
Love of who and what I am
has finally taken seed
I am a Light in Solitude
pureness from the Dark
Hear this Voice of Life
feel it make it's mark
I sing you songs of sadness
give voice to aches and pain
Cleansing words of Serenity
that fall like summer rain
Within me is a Spirit
from ashes I did rise
The only way to see me
is with loving honest eyes

This is so cool and powerful.. a mix of emotions so bold, sadness yet light.. a plight to find an internal vision so bright.
