Everybody Likes Being The Same,

Everybody Likes Being The Same,

A Poem by Holly
"

a six stanza Haiku poem about the correct grammar of good and well.

"

“How are you today?”

I am good, how about you?”

“Fool, good is not right.”

“Why do you say this?”

“Must I explain the reason?”

“Yes, enlighten me.”

“I am well is right.

Good is an adjective word.

Well is an adverb.”

“Explain adjective?”

“It is describing something

For how it is.”

“What is an adverb?”

“Adverbs answer a question

Like how are you?”

“You made little sense.”

“I made perfect sense because

I like being right.”
