Hope!

on the look out of something that is missing

I look outside the window of hope

I see the brimming sunshine

It blinds my eyes

It brings tears in them

Then I suddenly realize

These are tears of emptiness

These are tears of void

That you have created

When you left

I cried… cried till there was absence of tears

I fell asleep and thought of never waking up

But I heard someone whispering my name

I woke up and found nothing was same

Turned back I saw the window of hope closed!

The sun was still shining but this time I stared at it

And I smiled!
