THE CHRIST FLOOR

INSPIRED BY A FRIEND

Somehow I'm reminded 

of a suicide 

It happened in an apartment 

just before I rented it. 

I was fifteen years old.

I had no knowledge 

until I mopped the kitchen, 

Yes, kitchen tile floor

 

And blood, 

coagulated,

but made fresh by the warm water 

came rushing from underneath.

It did that every time. 

Imagine being fifteen years old.

It was nightmarish 

It made me sense the victim

 

Wanted me to find some type of evidence. 

fingerprints, hair, ect. 

The glass window was, indeed, shattered. 

Did the shot come from outside?

 

Oh, but the poor are are destined to die 

and rot with no trace, I'm afraid. 

No one ever cared to investigate. 

The Christ floor was 

The spirit under all that blood. 

It screamed for vengeance, 

for at least justice. 

It never came. . .Yet.

Happy to see you posted this experience . Some are simply sudden into this and others develop, there are frequencies that most cannot sense, feel or change though their ability exists, be it for whatever reason, heightened or extended senses, etc. the world spins very differently when you are able., Surround yourself with those that understand and respect your abilities because “easy” is not a word I’d use to describe these gifts. As a poem, it has and tries to hold a mystique but I think this “stories” or “journals” better and could be extended so I entered the reading as such… Either way It’s going to be an interesting ride should you decide to develop even more. Sending you all the strength and peace in all of it because as I mentioned “easy” is not the experience of this path, and transcendence from perception and expectations soon realized and altered…for many it simply disappears.

D'artagnan, The Christ Floor, to me, is the Spirit like our oxygen if IT doesn't exist, LIFE doesn't exist. ALL but the tares are welcome to taste but few retain the value of the taste of the Spirit which "quickens" us at our final breath. To me, D'artagnan is the most perceptive of the Musketeers,though he is the most "playful in many respects but always decent to the fair gender. I appreciate your tolerance of my lack of wisdom and I do appreciate all you share via your writings. Sire. I take my leave. Au revoir.

creepy for sure but maybe some things are better left alone. as the old adage goes, "what you don't know can't hurt you."
