COMIN' DOWN

COMIN' DOWN

A Poem by ETERNITY
"

IT WAS ALL THERE.

"
I knew and you knew
Just what we wanted to do
.
The mud was thick from the rains
The people were crowding shoulder to shoulder
.
You met me on the dirt road by the boulder
Where I had staggered to the outer edges
.
Hidden behind thick hedges
Nobody knew where I was
.
But I was needing you
And suddenly
.
There you were
And we were in your car
.
And in your back seat
And you were on top of me
.
Your hands needing me
Kneading me, my full breasts
.
Tearing my dress
Your long hair in my eyes
.
Rehearsing our lies
The world was spinning
.
Hours were ours
Rolled into one
.
And I was falling
But you were someone else
.
And then you were done
And I could hear my boyfriend calling me
.
And you were gone.
