Sierra Hotel India Tango

Sierra Hotel India Tango

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

Internal discord breaks
the dynamic down, but
what does that matter
when family members
are as different as a
gaggle of geese in a
pond full of ducks,
and in this day and age
of social networking,
alliances and bonds
are severed by a
mouse click and it
suddenly becomes
the local sierra hotel
india tango storm of
the century, and it's
because of sierra hotel
india tango like this
that I'll boil my head
in oil someday.

Such a bleak and cynical tone is here! Full of a sort of muted anger...

Oh, and I just love unorthodox spellings! :)

The title drew me in and I was not disappointed! Such an outburst of clever cynicism always makes my day. Holy Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo this is a refreshing reflection of things!

that's one of strongest last lines that I have read in a while. It was consistent with the heavy handed tone of this piece, but razor sharp at the end. After reading this, I realized I had been holding my breath the whole time. congrats and viva la

First - catchy title...

What would Carlin "say"? If this had be marked "Mature" I MIGHT have tried THAT line. "Having a bad day Ken?"
